Knollwood Manor
Knollwood Manor is a unique retirement facility in that it provides care for individuals who need skilled or intermediate nursing care in a small, homelike environment. While we know that there is “no place like home," we realize that circumstances occur where some individuals may have to move to a new home.
We try to make Knollwood Manor much like home, filled with traditions like celebrating birthdays, holidays, and special occasions with friends and family. We have home cooking, living areas for gatherings and entertainment. Knollwood Manor welcomes family and friends to stop by any time.
Services
Knollwood Manor offers a complete continuum of care with 10 Medicare-skilled
beds, and 39 intermediate-care beds that are Medicaid Certified, providing 24
hour nursing services.

TV Room and Small Gathering Area
The Magnolia Dining Room also serves as a large group activities area where monthly parties are held. You can find both residents and community enjoying the entertainment of local bands and quartets.
A Bit of History
Knollwood Manor is located atop a little knoll for which it is named. It was
established as Janwynella Nursing Home approximately 37 years ago.
In 1993, the facility was purchased by Tri-Age Adventures, Inc., and the name
was changed to Knollwood Manor. Several renovations and additions have taken
place since 1993, and today Knollwood Manor offers a sunroom, large, spacious
dining room with kitchenette, therapeutic whirlpool and a beauty parlor.

Smaller dining areas are used to help meet
different resident's needs.
Both private and semi-private rooms are available. Rooms are individually decorated. Residents are encouraged to bring personal pictures and chairs to give them a more home-like environment.
